prepare the digital model you want to print, more information about the software can be found here
Printing specifications: - Layer height: 2mm - Speed: 25 mm/second - Pressure: 0.08 bar
Step 1:
Weigh all ingredients and then mix water and xanthaan. Stir until it is an homogeneous paste

Grind the eggshells into powder
Add eggshells to the paste
Fill the extruder tube with paste, avoid air bubbles
Ensure that the square nut is against the plunjer to push forwards
Prime the nozzle by pressing extrude on the screen
Start your print by connecting with 'Pronterface'. Load the file and press print
Depending on the consistency edit the material flow (use between 100%-140%)
Wait for the print to finish
Step 6:
when finshed, clean remove the extruder tube and wash out all parts that came in contact with the eggshells when it is still wet, don't forget to clean the nozzle and the red nozzle body
Step 7:
Store your print until it is completely dry, this may take 2-4 days depending on the size
